Bill Chapman, Instructor
Welcome to the class website. My goal in teaching this class is to help you develop the skills to better understand and produce written, oral, and numeric messages. We will deal with many topics. I do not want you to memorize the information we'll explore. Instead, you should continually focus on understanding what you're given or you'll find, and on producing clear responses to it to share with me and your classmates.
